Samhain Women's Retreat

As the traditional marking of the end of harvest season, Samhain invokes both the celebration of summer's blessings as well as the invitation to turn inward. It is a time to gratefully reflect upon the abundance of the year. It also a time to begin to let go of what is no longer needed as we travel toward the dark time. The thin veil between the worlds is lifted and connection with the spirit world is at its strongest, allowing us to relate more easily with the spirits of lost loved ones, with our own Spirit and spirit guides as well as the spirits of the natural world.

With the intention of deepening our roots we gather for self-reflection, ritual and ceremony. We come together in the safe container of sisterhood, deepening our connection to ourselves, each other, and the natural world that holds us.

This retreat is open to a small group of women who are committed to inner exploration. We'd be honoured to hold space for your deepening... ✨

You are warmly invited to join us in this self-care retreat for women and those who identify as women, in all her diversity of expression.

Are you curious? Seeking to explore yourself more deeply? Are you hungry for some full-bodied expression through voice, creative arts and song? Are you longing to access your true personal power? 

Join us for a juicy weekend exploring Beltane's vibrant and sensuous energy. Beltane invokes both the growth of spring renewal and the celebration of summer's fire. Tis the time to stir our seeds, deepen our roots and stretch our limbs to the light!

Embodied self-exploration and self-care practices are the theme. Ritual and ceremony are the sacred catalysts. Nestled in a cedar and fir grove along a beautiful running river, nature cradles us as we deepen our connection to ourselves and one another.

Dance Temple is an invitation to tune in to your body, join with other dancers, celebrate, meditate and unwind. It is an open dance floor for you to explore different rhythms, sounds, patterns of movement and whatever arises in your inner journey. The dance journey begins and ends with some brief facilitation.

All ages, all genders, all bodies, and all parts of YOU are welcome.

We acknowledge with deep respect that we gather on the unceded territories of the Snuneymuxw, Snaw-naw-as, and Stzuminus people.

With the intention of deepening our roots and spreading our limbs to the light, we gather for self-care, ritual and ceremony.
