Resonant Touch Sound Journeys

Immerse yourself in a journey of sound and vibration. We will use a range of instruments, including the drum, flute, singing bowls, gong, and voice, together with our intention to create a safe and sacred space for you to connect more deeply to yourself and this world that holds you.

We will begin our time together with a short opening circle, will then move into the sound journey, and will end with some closing words and the option to stay and enjoy some tea and community.

Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat or tri-fold mattress to lie on as well as a blanket. You may also choose to bring a pillow, and/or an eye cover.

Sound used with intention has been shown to increase feelings of well-being, reduce stress, aid with sleep, and relieve depression. The nature of the sound we will be creating will support the movement into non-ordinary brainwave states, activating our parasympathetic nervous system, and allowing us to move into a state of calm where healing can naturally occur.
