Psychedelic Support

Support for Your Psychedelic Journey

Exploring the realms of plant medicines and psychedelics can be a profoundly transformative. Psychedelics, especially when explored therapeutically, can open us to new insights and understandings about ourselves, our relationships, and the very nature of life itself. Expanded states of awareness can help heal our deepest wounds when explored with support, safety, awareness, and intention. However, these experiences can also be confusing, disorienting, emotionally intense, and even overwhelming. You don’t have to walk this path this alone.

As a grounded and experienced guide, I provide psychedelic-assisted therapy support through the key phases of preparation and integration. Preparation sets the foundation for a meaningful and safe experience, and is an important aspect of harm reduction. Integration makes sense of your experiences with care and intention, and helps you orient to the changes you seek. In supporting clients with integration, I combine somatic therapy for trauma, mindfulness practices and co-regulating touch to help clients ground their insights into daily life.

What Our Work Can Offer:

Rooted in present-moment somatic awareness, our sessions provide a space to:

  • Listen deeply to the messages of your body

  • Process and integrate insights from your experience

  • Shift limiting habits and patterns

  • Reconnect with lost or forgotten aspects of yourself

  • Befriend both your shadows and your light

  • Expand your capacity to respond to life with clarity and choice

  • Rebuild self-trust and develop compassionate self-awareness

My Approach

Being attuned to the unique needs and experiences of each person, my approach is primarily somatic and relational, grounded in creating a warm, nourishing, and expansive space where people can safely reconnect with their authentic selves. I believe that we each carry our own medicine - our inner wisdom, resilience, and truth. My role is to support you in reconnecting with your Inner Healer, to access the wisdom that lies within.

I also have a deep interest in exploring the spaces where psyche, spirit, and mystery intertwine, incorporating ceremony and ritual, ancestral-lineage healing, archetypal exploration and dream work into my practice.

With over three decades of experience in working with psychedelics, my experiencing and training spans a diverse range of modalities and traditions. I have had the privilege of sitting in and assisting many different types of expanded-state ceremonies, and my spiritual path has led me to explore Christian Mysticism, Celtic Shamanism, Indigenous Teachings, and the Priestess Path. While much of my experience has been in intentional and ceremonial contexts, I have also taken additional clinical trainings in this field to support my lived experience. See more about specific trainings here.

Some of the tools I integrate into my practice include:

  • Mindfulness and Somatic Awareness

  • Regulating Touch and Bodywork

  • Inner Child Work & Attachment Healing

  • Ceremony and Ritual

  • Vibrational Medicine & Sound Healing

  • Authentic Movement

I am committed to consent-based, trauma-informed care with a social justice orientation. My work is profoundly influenced by gratitude for the Earth and a deep respect for the sacred and shamanic healing traditions that have shaped contemporary psychedelic and therapeutic practices.

I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey of healing and transformation.

“Perhaps the greatest gift expanded states of consciousness offer is the opportunity to reconnect with the aspect of our self that is always already whole. Beyond the wounds and belief systems exists an original, essential being. This is the self that remains unscathed, wise, and healthy despite all we have endured.”
