Sometimes, we find ourselves stuck in patterns that don’t make sense—always on high alert, feeling anxious, emotionally numb, or trapped in cycles of fight, flight, or freeze. Trauma and chronic stress can keep the nervous system locked in these states, affecting both emotional well-being and physical health.
As a Somatic Experiencing (SE) Practitioner, I help you unwind these patterns and reconnect with your body’s natural ability to heal. By gently working with the nervous system, SE supports you in regaining balance, resilience, and choice - so you can feel more grounded, alive, and present in your life.
I specialize in nervous system regulation and trauma integration, with a special focus on early-life trauma and attachment. Often, it’s these early life experiences that shape how we connect, cope, and move through the world. When unresolved, they can leave imprints that show up in our relationships, sense of safety, and overall well-being - but with awareness and support, healing and transformation are possible.
SE is a compassionate, body-centred approach that helps restore a sense of wholeness, connection, and strength. By slowing down and listening to your body, you can transform how you relate to yourself, others, and the world, creating space for greater ease and empowerment.
For SE students, I am approved to offer personal sessions at the Beginning level.
