Resonant Touch Sound Journeys happen every second Tuesday night in Ladysmith. These are sonic journeys for your soul. Experience the healing benefits of sound and vibration in community.
As well, I co-host 2 annual Medicine Retreats for Women, each spring and fall. These are 4-day residential retreats for those who are ready to connect more deeply to themselves and to one another. Please reach out if you are interested in attending.
Immerse yourself in a journey of sound and vibration. We will use a range of instruments, including the drum, flute, singing bowls, gong, and voice, together with our intention to create a safe and sacred space for you to connect more deeply to yourself and this world that holds you.

Dance Temple is an invitation to tune in to your body, join with other dancers, celebrate, meditate and unwind. It is an open dance floor for you to explore different rhythms, sounds, patterns of movement and whatever arises in your inner journey. The dance journey begins and ends with some brief facilitation.
All ages, all genders, all bodies, and all parts of YOU are welcome.

As the traditional marking of the end of harvest season, the Celtic festival of Samhain invokes both the celebration of summer's blessings as well as the invitation to turn inward. It is a time to gratefully reflect upon the abundance of the year. It also a time to begin to let go of what is no longer needed as we travel toward the dark time.
The thin veil between the worlds is lifted and connection with the spirit world is at its strongest. This is the perfect time to tune into the cycle of death-rebirth, honouring death as a precious part of life, to communicate with our ancestors and our loved ones who have died, and to bring light and compassion to the shadow parts of ourselves.
Embodied self-exploration and self-care practices are embedded throughout to support your healing process. Ritual and ceremony are the sacred catalysts.
